What kind of distribution puts the most money in your pocket? Eg: ebook / physical etc? I have a choice of how I read books, and I’d be happy to take guidance.

Hi Chris. The necessary disclaimer before answering your question: Whatever format a reader prefers is best! That said, the ebook edition gives me the biggest profit. The print edition sold by Amazon isn’t far behind. Least profitable is the print edition purchased from anywhere else. The latter is distributed through Ingram, so the cover price gets split among a larger number of entities.
